CHECK-INS

At Angel Inventories we do check-ins a little differently!  Because we combine our Inventories with a check-in on the initial inspection done by us it means we already have the template for your property. This means instead of doing a completely new inventory at the start of each new tenancy (costing you allot of money) we take the template we already have for your property and use this to produce a new updated Inventory/Check-in for the cost of just a Check-in.

 

So with every Check-in  you are getting a free Inventory you might say, saving you a huge amount of money over the course of many different tenancies.

So here at Angel Inventories a Check-in is actually an Inventory/Check-in for the price of a check-in. A little gift from us to you.

As a new client an Initial Inventory/Check-in is required for your property and there after only check-ins are needed at the start of tenancies as we keep updating your inventory creating a new document for each new tenancy at a fraction of the cost.

The report is then emailed to you along with the invoice. All parties have 7 days to let Angel Inventories know of any amendments needed, after this time the report becomes legally binding by all parties.

​

The Inventory/Check-in is then used at the end of the tenancy to check the tenants out of the property.
