CHECK-OUTS
A Check-out report is a very in-depth and accurate schedule of condition of all fittings, fixtures and furnishings with-in the property, garden and any out houses. The Check-out also lists the cleanliness of the property, wear and tear, missing items, items left by the tenants and any damage.

This information is complied by the clerk at the time of the inspection using the Inventory/check-in from the beginning of the tenancy. By working off the original Inventory/check-in it allows the clerk to see any and all differences in the property. This enables the report to be completely accurate, with no items being overlooked.

The Check-out notes what is fair wear and tear for the length of the tenancy and what is not, It does this by allocating tenants and landlord responsibility and any management issues needing attention.

The Check-out is a legal document and includes photographs, meter readings, key log and checks that all manuals and certificates are present.

The report is then emailed to you along with the invoice.
